Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our studio in Portugal. Orders placed after 14:00 (Lisbon time) or on weekends start processing the next business day.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at nuvoralivingstudio.support@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all European Union member states, including Portugal mainland, Azores and Madeira.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Portugal mainland: 2–4 business days
- Spain: 3–5 business days
- Rest of the EU: 5–10 business days
- Azores & Madeira: 4–7 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. The exact cost is always shown before payment — no surprises.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
No. We ship only within the EU, so there are no customs duties. Portuguese VAT is already included in the price.
Products
How are your pieces made?
Each piece is produced to order in our studio in Portugal using advanced 3D printing. This lets us offer a wide range of sizes and colors with zero stock waste.
What material do you use?
We use PLA, a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable sources. It's sturdy, recyclable, and has a beautiful matte finish.
Are the pieces fragile?
No. The pieces are solid and durable when handled normally. They are not designed for outdoor use, dishwasher, or temperatures above 50 °C.
Can I see exact dimensions?
Yes — each product page shows size variants (S, M, L, XL) with the corresponding height in centimetres.
Care & Use
How do I clean my piece?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, and the dishwasher.
Can I use fresh flowers in the vases?
Our vases are designed for dried flowers, pampas grass, and decorative branches. If you'd like to use fresh flowers, place a small glass insert inside.
Will the color fade?
Keep the piece away from prolonged direct sunlight to maintain the color long-term.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. For orders shipped within the EU, you also have the legal 14-day cooling-off period.
How do I start a return?
Email us at nuvoralivingstudio.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions and a return shipping label.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days at nuvoralivingstudio.support@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
