Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Portugal. Below you will find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs and tracking.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all European Union member states, including Portugal (mainland), Azores and Madeira. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom shipping quote.


2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays) after the order is confirmed and payment received. Orders placed after 14:00 (Lisbon time) or on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

The following estimates are calculated after the order has been dispatched. They are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier and destination:

- Portugal mainland: 2 – 4 business days
- Azores and Madeira: 4 – 7 business days
- Spain: 3 – 5 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 5 – 10 business days

During promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) and due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, strikes), these times may be slightly longer.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/size of your order. The exact amount is always displayed before payment, with no surprises.

From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on the Site.


5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel on the carrier's website at any time. If the tracking does not update for more than 5 business days, please contact us at nuvoralivingstudio.support@gmail.com.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; any additional shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier will normally leave a notice and either reattempt delivery or hold the parcel at a pickup point. Parcels that are not collected within the carrier's retention period will be returned to us, and the re-shipment cost will be at your expense.


8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery or accept it with reservation noted on the carrier's slip. Then contact us within 7 days at nuvoralivingstudio.support@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged packaging and item, so we can arrange a replacement or refund. 9. Customs and Taxes

Because all our destinations are within the European Union, there are no customs duties or import taxes. All prices already include the applicable Portuguese VAT.


10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Until then, we remain responsible for the parcel.
